(WDAF) -- Frontier Airlines is celebrating its 29th anniversary with special rates for customers, but travelers need to act quickly to get the deal.The customer appreciation sale includes flights as low as $29 for travel through Nov. 15, 2023. Certain blackout dates apply.For an additional $29, travelers can add a bundle that includes a carry-on bag, a checked bag, and the ability to select a seat. There is also a $49 add-on bundle option that includes a refundable ticket. Both options include one free change to your reservation. GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A 71-year-old widower from Indiana has been chosen as the first-ever "Golden Bachelor" on ABC's new "Bachelor" spin-off of the same name.The show, which is scheduled to air in the fall, will follow Gerry Turner (pronounced GAIR-ee) on his journey to find a romantic partner after the death of his wife Toni. AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Texas tops a list of worst places to live and work, according to a CNBC analysis. As part of its annual America’s Top States for Business study – in which Texas ranked sixth this year – CNBC staff also conducted an analysis to determine which states are the most and least welcoming to workers and their families. Texas falls out of top 5 in CNBC’s top states for business list In determining which states were the “worst” and “best,” CNBC examined quality of life factors such as crime rates, environmental quality, availability of childcare, discrimination in state laws and access to abortion health care. CNBC said that the states at the top of the best places to live and work are actively trying to attract a big, happy and diverse workforce. PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- On July 13, Damien Greene was sentenced to a 10-to-15-year sentence in state prison. The sentencing was announced after Greene pleaded guilty to armed assault with the intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon-causing serious bodily injury, and mayhem.
